Recurring Subscriptions
Subscriptions to Duetoday AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Duetoday account.
Refund Policy
In most cases, payments for Duetoday AI subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.
Cancelling or Downgrading
If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please log in to your account and select Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
Refunds Due to Bugs or Errors
If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product or service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we ask that you provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our products and services remain at the highest standard.
