Real students who plugged Duetoday into their existing tools.
I had two semesters of Notion notes. I imported everything into Duetoday and had a complete flashcard deck in about ten minutes. I didn't have to touch a single note — the AI built everything from what I already had.
I keep all my case notes in Google Drive as PDFs. Connecting Drive to Duetoday means I just pick the file from my Drive — no downloading, no re-uploading. It just works. Saves me a stupid amount of time.
The Google Calendar integration is what made me switch to Duetoday full-time. It looks at my lecture schedule and automatically blocks out study windows around my classes. I actually stick to my revision schedule now.
I was a Notion power user and didn't want to give it up. Duetoday's Notion import means I keep writing in Notion and then import into Duetoday when I need to study. The best of both tools in one workflow.
My tutor group shares all our notes in a Google Drive folder. I connect that folder to Duetoday and can import any of our shared resources directly. Brilliant for group revision — we all study from the same material.
I spend way less time context-switching. My Drive for files, Calendar for scheduling, and Duetoday to actually study — all connected. It feels like one system instead of five separate apps.
Go to Settings → Integrations in Duetoday and click 'Connect Google Calendar'. You'll be taken through Google's OAuth flow — it takes about 30 seconds. Once connected, Duetoday can read your existing events and create new study session blocks.
In Duetoday, click 'Import' and select 'From Notion'. You'll connect your Notion workspace via OAuth, then browse your pages and pick which ones to import. The full page content — including headings, bullets, and tables — is imported and ready to generate study materials from.
Yes. As long as you have access to the Notion workspace, you can import any page you can view. This is useful for importing shared course notes from a study group or a university-provided Notion template.
Both, with your permission. Duetoday reads your existing events to understand your schedule, and writes new events when you create a study plan. You can review and approve any events before they're added. You can also revoke write access at any time.
PDFs, Google Docs (exported as text), and Google Slides (exported as text/slides) are fully supported. DOCX, PPTX, and TXT files stored in Drive can also be imported directly. Google Sheets support is on the roadmap.
Only the content you choose to import is stored — nothing is read passively. When you import a Notion page or Drive file, that content is stored as a note in your Duetoday account. You can delete it at any time. Duetoday never reads your entire workspace or Drive — only what you explicitly select.
Canvas LMS, Microsoft OneDrive, Obsidian, and Slack are actively in development. We also have Google Docs two-way sync and Apple Calendar on the roadmap. If you need a specific integration urgently, contact support.
